Chameleons are able to change the colour of their body so that they can blend with the envıronment. This is a way to defend their selves. Unfortunately, they are threatened by the destruction of their habıtats, by driven vehicles that cause a lot of mortality on the roads, as well as by trafficking, since chameleons are considered rare, exotic pets. The chameleons shown in the picture were also killed by a car. This time, their special ability to camouflage, operated negatively.
