NEXT STOP OCEAN (Portugal)

Cigarette butts are one of the most commonly littered items found at our beaches. Often carried along with the rain, that takes them from the gutter into the water streams and finally into the oceans.

It is important to radically change our behaviours: when we finish smoking a cigarette we must throw the cigarette butts into the bin.

To shoot this photo, we made a bus stop from scratch. For our characters we used two cigarette butts and toothpicks to attach arms and legs to the body. We took the picture in a school parking area where we selected a gutter.
